The Oodnadatta Track - from Yulara to Oodnadatta

25th Sep. 2010

Today we crossed the state border and travelled into South Australia. Once in South Australia, we took to the famous Oodnadatta Track - an unsealed, dirt road in the outback with a total length of 617km.

The Oodnadatta Track was chosen as the original route of the Ghan and along the track you can still see many remnants of the golden age of the outback railway.
